NOTES: Volume 1 is completed and published. Volume 2 is written but not published. The following project is to combine both volumes. Our editor will review both volumes and make suggestions/edits on how best to combine them into a single book. Our graphic designer will redesign the exterior front cover, spine and back cover as well as the interior page layout. Images, graphics and formatting of tables or graphs is included as described in the Editing and Design Contract.
